Anybody lives around this area? Just need feedback on the city in general.

Fixed that for ya.

What cross streets are near Anacapa? And where will you be commuting to?

Not sure what the cross street is. The commute is to Irvine/New Port areas.

I go from 92808 down to Irvine where I-5 and I-405 meet up. I've given up taking the freeway and the "backroads" are working well and are actually kinda fun.

It's amazing how crowded the Irvine area got. When I was attending UCI back in the 90's it was always wide open.
