I was driving on the 210 west today and heard a loud crack and there is a crack on my windshield about the size of a penny. I'm really afraid the crack is going to get bigger from daily driving so I need to get it repaired ASAP. Can anyone recommend any mobile windshield repairs? Thanks in advance.

 

You should call your insurance and see if they cover it first. They will recomend a near by glass repair shop. If they dont cover it like my insurance company (statefarm) booo!!!....you should just google it up. They will come to you and fix it for like $40-50.

 

I am waiting for a group buy to show up in this region so I can get in on it. I also know 3 other people that would want to get on it also because they have crack(s) on thei windshield also.

Btw, I did call around before and got quoted for $380-$450 for PPG replacement.

 

Just get it sealed. I would recommend a mobile service, but my ex is the one that knew someone that did ours for free.

 

if the crack is not too big, you can seal it.
If you have to replace it, $150 top.

 

thanks for the help everyone. do any of you happen to know anyone that does the mobile service? It's not too big, but i want to prevent it from getting bigger and want to do it ASAP. thanks for everyones help
