Default warranty issues, any good dealers?

i just bought a 2004 350z and i need to take it into the dealer to get some stuff taken care of.

I was curious to what dealer to take it to that wont void my warranty or turn me down if i have:

20's, Injen CAI, Strup headers/test pipes and injen exhaust, plenum spacer, and JWT clutch and flywheel.

I just need to get it checked for a loud whistle while on the freeway doing over 70mph and some rattles inside.

Thanks

Performance Nissan is really the only place to go. I've taken my car to Superior Nissan In Puente Hills for basic stuff in the past, but haven't been satisfied. Perf Nissan all the way. Andy, Jason, and the guys hook it up...
