maybe dodgers are gonna win tonite. only thing i miss about NY is the pizza. dood the koreatown there is one street. i wouldn't be able to survive.

I don't see why you need to call yourself a "real" fan who roots for their team through the bad times. Are you trying to prove something?

About the band wagon fans, really, what is your point. I agree and freely admit that there are plenty of band wagon fans here, but you stating that southern cali has more band wagon fans than NY, is that supposed to make you feel better or something? Even if the lakers or (insert whatever cali team you like) has a lot of band wagon fans, that doesn't mean that the die-hard fans don't exist.
Los Angeles area teams may have it's share of band wagon fans, but I'll say it again, band wagon fans exist anywhere and everywhere. Your teams, the "jets, knicks, mets," haven't done shiz in awhile, so you may have forgotten what it's like.
