Morning ktown.
So I emailed this guy I had bought some brushed aluminum inserts from for the Mustang because some of the pieces were cut too long and didn't fit right. It was also missing a piece that I thought should be there. Anyways, I get an email back from the guy late last night accusing me of purchasing sub-quality parts and that I should replace those to make his kit fit right. He also decided to lecture me on the original 65/66 mustangs and how he's worked as a judge at MCA shows and judges trailered cars. He also went on about how he runs a reputable business and my accusations are misinformed. Oh, and according to me, the shop I'm have the Mustang is must be a fly-by-night shop only concerned with making money.
Huh... funny, the parts he says I need to replace are made from the original tooling, which means they are exact to FoMoCo specs and the shop the car is at has been building show quality Mustangs for something like 20 years. I had kindly asked him for a refund on the parts, but he never mentioned anything about being able to return them in his reply. Reputable my ass. Now I'm going to have to release the hounds of hell on him.
