hmmm... know or have a fender roller. i DO know a fender roller. there's a guy that rolls fenders locally. though he might be far from you guys. PM me if you want his info.

Sounds like they are happy with my offer. We're just waiting on the broker to present the property insurance. That part has nothing to do with me, so hopefully all goes well.
