Good afternoon guys....
werk is drivin me absolutely crazy...we have a manager with 18 years of experience who takes 20 minutes check people in and out when it should only take 20 seconds tops...
and then he changes the schedule and decides not to tell me. So now I'm at werk cause he has no one else to work...
I asked him politely to just let people know IF another day was added to their schedule or not and he started trippin and going into defensive mode...started sayin oh I did this and that and this is why I did it...I told him I didn't care...just tell people the new days so they aren't surprised on the day they're "suppose" to werk...
This guy is a Pho King joke...
