well me if i had that budget id get cuscos, apexi or tanabes
or something really japanesey like DG5's, silkroad or whatever i read in option (hard to get them serviced stateside though)
you can always go german and get KW variant 3s ive heard good things about that company

Cuzco's have a tendency to crack the stud on the rear struts. I would find some good used KW's or Tanabes for that price range. Apexi is also a good choice and you can get those new for that price.
