finally the cavarly rolls in i was lost without you guys
im kinda sad didnt gym today cause im still writing my paper its hard to compress 3 primary sources and analyze them in 2-3 pages

+1 on giving your body a rest. sometimes you have to get out of the routine you have in order to prevent a "plateau". try not gyming for a few days or maybe mixing up your diet a little, just so your body doesn't get USED to it..

we'll see i need those endorphins to kick in i feel alive with it forreal im pretty addicted to that feeling especially now since im mr single its harder.. unlike other doods whod be out like a dog with a red rocket i think im older and done my fair share of dating it takes alot to excite me...
