I went to Fontana yesterday with my mechanic friend and some other benz/cobra friends fer a day of drags...Here are the times...Times posted are with drag radials...

UNCORRECTED...

1st run... 60ft = 1.9xx
12.1XX @ 116.XX

2nd run... 60ft = 1.7XX
12.003 @ 117.XX

CORRECTED...

1st run = 11.78 @ 118.32

2nd run = 11.68 @ 119.34

not bad for the first run out and only 150~ish miles on the new ecu...Hopefully the next time I go, I can get a 11 second run on paper...

 

You were there, too? I was there with few guys from the Driver... maybe you saw that blue widebody FX? I was with them until like 12:30...

I think I remember seeyin yer car there??? The guy with the blue FX rolls with TWC...I used to show with them a LONG time ago. Guy was koo. How did you run?

I showed with that FX (R-Rides) and TWC at HIN Arizona a couple weeks ago. It was a fun show. haha


BTW, I had a crappy day at the track and had to leave early so I only ran twice.

1: 14.5xx -> I had massive wheel spin at launch.
2: 14.24x -> I honestly can't understand how this happened as I think it had really good launch with almost perfect shifting.

My previous best run from months ago was 14.010 with heavier wheels and without intakes. I'm really disappointed with my run this time, but I guess there is always next time... (December?) I'm thinking of taking off my less than impressive intakes and get a dyno tune from Technosquare before the next track event... we'll see.
