I have stripped a lot of bolts in my day. The best thing to remember is that if it doesn't start smooth it won't end smooth. You generally should be able to do everything finger tight. If not then you have a bind or a misthread. But we all make mistakes. Atleast you didn't snap the bolt in there. Haha so it could be worse.

 

Car parts? Alcohol? Money lol. (my fav)

 

see thats the wierd thing. All of them went in smooth and gradually started getting tight. So i assumed it was because the bolts were just tightening down.. then i stop and think...oh ****...am i cross threading..and bam, what do you know? lol

 

i dont like how i need to use the lcd interface to play cds...too complicating. Hence i dont like DVD/ Navi decks
