i would get a new glass but i dont need two haha. i plan on keeping my stock hatch in storage and probably take off the oem spoiler. im starting to like the no spoiler look. thats why im getting the cf hatch. plus i think the contrast with the n-spec rear will look good.

Unless you own a business and your leasing it through your company... then its a tax write off.

uhh... the 5 is already a leased car.. my moms car. i dont think leasing is a waste of money... for my parents at least cuz they dont modify anything..
they end up changing cars every 3-4 years anyways. its kinda hard to explain but ok...
1. my dad buys the 5 series and by the time he pays it off, hes gonna want something new AND the car is going to start having problems... so instead of paying for the car, that money will go into maintenence costs..
2. my dad leases a 5 series and by the time the lease is over, the warranty thingee is over too (free oil changes, free tire changes, hell free wiper blades.)
and when hes done with that instead of paying to maintain the 5, he can just get another car he wants.. but yeah, ME, i dont want a lease.. i want FI.

my sister currently is leasing a clk. the reason why she leased instead of purchased is because she knows for SURE she will be getting another car after 3 years, and you lose less money leasing it than buying it and trying to sell it later on. that's the only time i would lease it.

i dont know... but at this rate (my z) i think ill go through cars every 3-4 years too... unless its got a LOT of work done to it... and if u did, u can ALWAYS decide to purchase after the lease is over... so no big deal.
this couldve been me:
down 10K and pay about 390-400 for 5 years.... OR
what im doing right now...
no down and pay 398.98 a month for 5 years and IF and ONLY IF i want to buy out the car pay 11K more and pink slip is mine.. yeah to purchase this lease is about 2K more but... eh... not a big difference.

dude i agree on the tax write off thing. BUUUTTTTT, if the car is on a decently long lease and has dings, over mileage, dents, frame damage, user abuse wear, ciggarete burns, scratches, ECT....your going to get shafted in the a$$h0le when you turn it in. Same thing happend to my friend that ended up having to buy his jacked up accord lease when he tried to turn it in. It was cheaper for him to buy the jacked up lease then turning it in.
