I don't know if anyone has said this one yet, but occasionally I see a yellow/brown Z with body kit, decal and everything parked down the street a couple blocks from my house on Orr & Day Road in Santa Fe Springs, closer to telegraph. Must be a friend who drops by that house occasionally or something.

My 350 is the silver one with the nismo decal parked across from where Tastee freeze use to be, right by Florence.

I saw a nice ppw with Nismo kit with carbon fiber hood with gold Work Meister tonight around 9 in Target parking lot off Melvern in Fullerton. Looks like Gimpster's ride.

Saw a light silver Z today around 4:30 - 4:45PM traveling on the stretch of the 57N between the 91 and 60 freeways. Had 06+ headlights and 06+ led taillights, Nismo/Aerosync front bumper with Varis/Titek airduct, USDM Nismo sides, Nismo exhaust, Volk Racing license plate frame. I am almost positive the wheels were Mercury Silver Volk SF Winnings (couldn't tell because we were moving). Looked like either a 19x9.5" +29 front/19x10.5" +29 rear or (more likely) was an 8.5/9.5 setup. Clean ride!

Oh, I was the SS Z with the Ings LX kit and SF Winnings

I don't post on the "spotted" thread unless it is obviously somebody who may be on the forum. In other words, it has to have distinct parts which somebody should be able to recognize, which generally only an enthusiast would have, which makes it more likely that he/she posts on here too! Plus I have a very keen eye for small detail!

As to how I can tell what all those parts were: I saw him from behind and I saw a Chrome Silver or Silver Alloy (or whatever the new lighter silver is now called) Z with 06 led taillights. From behind I also the the "Volk Racing" black plastic license plate frame. I also noticed a Nismo exhaust (pretty obvious since it angles slightly up). Then as I moved to the side of his car to give him a thumbs up (which he acknowledged), I noticed that the wheels were Mercury Silver in color. They had a polished lip. I noticed the "VR" logo on the center (yes, I CAN see this when spinning at 30 mph in traffic...don't ask--I'm weird). So this leaves the Volk SF series of wheels--either SF Winning, SF-Challenge, etc. They were obviously not the Challenges since you can easily tell what 5 spoke wheels look like when they are spinning. Plus since I have SF Winnings, I know how they look spinning since I look at my car in reflections while driving near a glass building . The wheels were slightly tucked in (more-so than mine), which is why I came up with the 9.5/10.5 setup with conservative offsets (+29/+29), but a tamer 8.5/9.5 setup might also be possible. Also, the USDM Nismo sides are pretty obvious with their large bulges versus the JDM Nismo sides with sharp creases. Moving onto the front, the 06 headlights are obviously an easy set to spot. When I was ahead of him, I looked back through my passenger side rear-view mirror and noticed a Nismo/Aerosync front bumper. It also had a Varis-style front duct, but it looked like it was not CF (it looked like satin/flat black plastic).

Oh, and although my join date only shows December 2004, I've been lurking various Z forums since about September/October 2002, so I've seen it all. That's how I'm sure.

wayyyyyyyy too much detail. but you have a good eye

hmm don't be so sure that everyone that posts here would have 'distinct' parts....or that most peopel who have aftermarket stuff would be on here.

i, for one, look almost 100% stock but......i'm not

hahah...yeah I shouldn't make the generalization, but I think it increases the odds that they're on here if they have mods.

And actually I was just searching right now for member "brandonanix" and I think I actually found the guy that I saw: Spedracer20

Mods listed on his Profile:
Nismo V1 rep bumper w/ air duct
Nismo USDM Sides / Rears
19"x9.5/10.5 Volk Winnings Dia. Black
Tanabe Gf210
Tokico D-spec
Nismo Sway Bars
Nismo exhaust
Injen CAI

(although for some reason he wrote Diamond Black SF Winnings)

Oh I'm good...

Damn BhashaZ you are really good, nice eye...That was me, but the intake duct was a Evo-R satin black. And I got the Volk Winnings off another members and after i got the lips re polished, i was going to have them painted black, but that has not happend, since i decided to keep the all silver look. Maybe I should change that damn sig.

BhashaZ, Very nice ride....wanna trade winnings....lol
