I don't mean to stereotype but once I see the driver, I decide whether I'll even attempt an acknowledgement or not. No offense to anyone here: Older and/or female = most likely not
Out of most of the Zs I've seen, even counting the ones driven by younger guys, only a few have given me a nod of any kind.

I got a peace sign from a dude in a 280 this weekend. Im with you on the older/female thing though, I usually get the cold shoulder too. I think with the old guys its because of my mods....they have "cooler Z" envy.

Spotted a CS silver coupe heading north on Figueroa at the Wilshire intersection at about 8 p.m. last night (7/5/) in downtown L.A. Late 20's guy driving. I think he had an Invidia exhaust.

Saw a chick in a new SB Z on the 405 fwy yesterday btw HUntington up until ~South Coast Plaza. WOuldn't give me the time of day. Nice looking car though.
On Tues Night heading N on the 405 ~5 mi away from the 605, some brotha in a van sitting shot gun gave me the thumbs up, showed me a car catalog with the Z on the cover and had the zcarparts.com website on the back cover. I gave him the thumbs up and continued on.
I usually get some love from people on the 405, seen a few Z's. ONe silver one with a carbon hood about a week ago we gave each other the thumbs up. thats about all i can remember right now.

Spotted a CS Z with Nismo bodykit (wing, sideskirts) at Tozai Plaza in Gardena about a week back, at around lunch time..... All I remember was that it was parked next to a late model, debadged, black Porsche 911 Carrera.
