Default AutoCrave Feb. 17 2007

If most of you don't know, Performance Nissan throws an annual event(CLICK HERE TO READ ABOUT OUR LAST EVENT). For 2007 we have decided not to throw our own event but to become the main sponsor of one. Working with RAYS Engineering, Performance Nissan and RAYS Engineering will be the main title sponsor for AutoCrave 2007. This is not your typical car show like HIN, you will see many vendors that some of you saw at our last event in addition to some new ones. There will also be live performances' from local rock bands as well as underground hip hop emcees as well as one main stream performer that will soon to be announced. There will also be a half pipe setup for skate demo's and we are also working on trying to bring in a dyno with another vendor so we can have dyno sessions available. This show will be very tuner friendly instead of your run of the mill car show with show cars. This show will cover all ends of the spectrum so if you are a true enthusiast, it will be very enjoyable.

Registration is now open and will cost $50 to register your car, if there is enough interest, I can arrange a section for my350z.com members only and get a discounted rate depending on how many people want to register. I will also be judging all the NISSAN classes as well as the exotics For more information you can visit www.autocraveonline.com. Below is a list of some of the other vendors that will be there.

Confirmed:
Performance Nissan
RAYS Engineering
ARC Magic
Project Mu
Espelir
MOTUL
Swift Springs
Endless USA
JIC Magic
JP USA

Unconfirmed:
C-West USA
CUSCO
BLITZ
Fujita Air
Motordyne Engineering
Tanabe USA
Stillen
STOPTECH
Turbonetics
Tein USA
AFE Engineering
D1GP
....and many more!

Hmm. I generally will stay clear of anything going on at Pomona since the cops always come out in full force to ticket every car coming in/out of the event.

No worries about local police, we are working with them on this event. Just like last year at the Performance Nissan Event, we worked with the Glendora police department and I do not think a single car got pulled over.

^^Good to know. Although it's usually the CHP or Sheriffs that they get to come out to Pomona.

I dont think it should be a problem, local police are helping us facilitate this event.

Well its up to you guys, no one is forcing anyone to register for the event. Maybe you can just come to spectate. Seeing how our event was so successful last year, I dont think there should be any problems this year. Im sure cops see other car show flyers all the time, doesnt stop everyone from participating or attending.

I'd still like to try to come out.

Andy: Let us know if there is enough interest to get the "discounted" rate.

Pick up your skirts, grab your *****, and go. I participated in a lot of events that were held at the Pomona Fairplex without any headlights and did just fine. With Andy and PN working with the local PD it should be even better.

The discount is there, it is just a matter of how many people are going to register. I think if we have 5-10 cars it will be $45 and 10+ will be $40.
