My best run for the day was 14.783@96.14. My 60' was 2.343.

My setup:

10 pounds of daily junk.
Spare and jack still in the car.
Roughly 7 gallons of gas.
35 PSI Rears (Yes, I run street pressure).
235/45/17 rear tires that have 2/32" of threading left.

I killed alot of roadsters btw.

I did get to see Caucasiancoupe's new Corvette, and it only had 1k miles on it too. I defintely would consider getting a new vette with the Z51 performance package.

caucasiancoupe is dam cool guy. Gave me a thumbs up after our run which was so not expected.

I believe his Kinetix camber arm collapsed which cause him to spin out and crash. He drove that Stillen set up really well. Loss to the VQ community that he no longer drives one at the track.

Damn... the camber arm collapsed?

Not that I'm trying to start anything, but I'm sure someone else is going to ask sooner or later..... was there a lawsuit involved? (liability, negligence?)

Hey guys I read your comments and wanted to say thanks. I miss this forum so I still check in so I'm not lost. The corvette forum doesnt compare. Heres a pic of my new car. Ill tell you I almost lost to rookies fx. It was fast! He would have took me if he got a good launch. mrtomcat thats my car in his vid. Wish you could have made it the conditions were decent.as for my issue with kinetix I'm in good shape so no worries. Everything went fine. Nothing can be said here.

that's because he's a really good guy and has not been brainwashed by the Corvette Community just yet It'll be a tough fight but I think if we all help out he'll stay a VQ guy at hard....with a really fast domestic monster....
new online name should be DoubleAgent...

You know I'm no different but the way people treat me in my corvette is. I think people think the corvette people are snoobs or something. The big difference in the forums is that people die! Yes die. There is alot older crowd and they lose members to heart attacks and stuff. Hope I wont be one of them or at least for 20 more years!!!I guess Ill always be vq! I think a corvette should be considered a import cause it is a great car. Im impressed.

I just remember that I had at least 3 corvette drivers try to intimadate me after I beat them...no other car owners have ever done that to me, and when talking to others they had similar experiences...so I am very cautious now when I see a corvette.

It's a great car though I almost bought one a few years back and I can' wait till we get to race head to head again since we've always gotten our best times when racing against each other.

BTW my Stage V axles and my SS Clutch line arrived today...so slowly I'm getting there again.
