Talking Two BIG thumbs up for Jeff and West Covina Nissan!

Ever since Jeff started out West Covina Nissan I've been looking forward to
take my car there for service, and I'm damn glad that I did.

I had a leak in my engine and malfunctioning oil pressure sensing unit, so
I took my Z in for service at West Covina Nissan.
It turned out that the leak was caused by my KJR Crank Pulley eating away
my seal.
I had no other choice to but to go back home and get my stock pulley.
However, living in Northridge which is 45 minutes away, I needed another car go drive back.

What would typical Nissan dealer do? Get me a rental car at my cost because it's after market-related problem

What does Jeff do for me? He first offered me to give a courtesy ride back and forth(!) on their van, but their porter was out at the time.
What he did next for me I just couldn't belive it: He handed over me the key
to the service Manager's PERSONAL VEHICLE(a nice Titan) so I can go get my
pulley without being charged a penny!
My jaw just dropped when he handed over me the key.
When I brought the pulley back their techs worked quickly as possible to get me out in no time.

Jeff and West Covina Nissan have shown me what customer care is all about.
I say this with 120% confidence - Customer service doesn't get better than this.
It would be a crime for other Z owners to take their cars to other dealers for service.

I would like to thank Jeff and West Covina Nissan for an awesome service!

p.s.- When you take ur cars for any service make sure you ask for Jeff.
He'll take you on a tour around their brand new, high tech facility and make sure you get taken care.

Thanks gsazabi for all the kind words... Ahhhhh, but the story doesn't end here. seems the oil pan has a small crack in it??? No abuse, just a small crack. So between the oil pressure switch leak, the front seal being torn up and the oil pan... ya' you had a leak. Poor car had oil all over the front of the motor.

Yea I posted the thread just before I was notified about the oil pan crack.
I was all ready to go home too haha..it's just too bad.

I'm more than satisfied that you've already located me a replacement oil pan,
which wasn't even in stock, so quickly so I can get my car back asap.

Thanks again Jeff=)

Easy enough... alignment is $69.99 and since the rack is in ground, lowered cars are NO issue. Alignment machine will be up and running by Tuesday at the latest. Jeff

Got the car back today. That was quickest service for a major
repair job ever with out-of stock parts!

Do you guys offer some type of lifetime alignment? I just installed my springs and shocks - probably need an alignment within a week or two.

Jeff is the man! I remember when he was at Performance Nissan. He is the only person I trust (besides SAM HAHA) to leave my car at their facility. Can't wait to visit you guys.

Hey Jeff, Heri told me to see you this morning. I have the black Z that received the oil change today. He said that you wanted to talk to me about parts or something. I came around lunch and you were on break, but I got your card. So please get back to me when you can. -Vince

I'll be at AutoCrave this weekend, but for the most parts I'm here from 7am to 7pm Mon to Sat. I come and go alot as I'm helping get this store running so it's really hard to say when I'll be there. Best thing is to let me know when you're coming and I'll work my schedule around you. Also Jenny (wife and co-worker) is at the front counter and would love to meet you guys as well and show you around in my absents.

I was at West Covina nissan last night around 7 giving the sales people a hard time on an 07 Z deal. Really good guys to work with and gave me a decent offer for the Z . From what I saw the place is impressive.

+1 for Jeff and West Covina Nissan. I dropped by yesterday to check out an 07Z and was very impressed with the facility and personnel. Thanks to Jeff for the tour of the place. From what I saw, these guys are very committed! The parts & service area is definitely one of THE best I've ever seen. I think they will change people's minds about getting the dealer to service their cars...I know I would. Now if I can only get rid of my Evo to get a Z....I knew I should've waited for a Z...
