Default Open Road For Tuning

I'm looking for an open flat road that I can use to tune, preferably in Riverside or Corona?

SD, that's a bit too far for me.... If you know of any evo tuners out there willing to help me tune my timing, then I might head down to SD.

actually there is a place called Enginuity that could help you. My boy took his MR there and they did great work.

El Cantro is a little past SD, like 100 miles or so. It is mid-way to Yuma. So it is just open road.

I traded my Z for an 06 evo 9... I'm programming straight off the evo ecu via OBDII cable, no piggyback. I'm getting almost zero knock counts and want to adv the timing a bit. I went from 269 whp to 305 whp with just a simple tune. I am hoping for another 10-15 with my road tune.

haha. you'll be in the boondocks.

15N to 58W basically going in from Barstow/Victorville to Mojave, then hit the 14S past Rosamond( aka Willow Springs) down past lancaster/palmdale, then hit the 5 then 210 drive thru pasadena, then eventually you'll hit the 10 or the 60 somewhere then back to Corona.

round trip should be a like... 150+ miles? that should be enough tuning roadage.

I traded the Z last month for a new white 06 IX. I've only flashed it and keeping it stock until i can affor turbo back exhaust. Until then, I'm fine tuning the base map that I bought. You're welcome to help. I can always use a co-pilot. LOL
