I bought in pasadena last april... havent regretted a day since... have been in LA for over 5 years though , and i finally homed in on pasadena... lived in downtown LA -> gardena -> el segundo -> torrance -> west LA -> westwood ( all rentals) and finally bought in pasadena...
welcome to socal house prices... lol .. at least its not boston or NY

Lol the sweating isn't the painful part if you know what I mean. My desi roommate would eat that and the chilis straight.
