Recommend body shops, PAINT.. PLZ!
Hey guys, Im gunna be doin the Vertex kit on my Silverstone, and I have heard some horror stories about the paint not matching up, or really matching at all, or rock chips, and just crappy paint jobs, I really wanto avoid that at all costs, and would be willing to pay the extra few bucks for a GOOD QUALITY paintjob.
Things Im affraid of: Riced out paintjob (notice any of thoes teenagers that have all thoes white speckaled front bumpers due to CRAPPY quick, cheap paint jobs, I DONT WANT THAT. Also affraid of discoloration, not matching good.
Let me know, I really need some input. Thanks!

MOB Works took good care of me. They're in Orange. Talk to Miguel, he's a good, straight up guy.
I have heard good things about DTM Autobody and a paint shop in El Monte but I cant remember the name though. I believe Rickdogg goes to them, but I'm not sure.

You can look up Monterey Park Auto body can talk with JOhnson for a second quote.
A lot of the "poor" quality is because fiberglass body kits suck. THey don't hold up to the abuse of actual driving.

I highly rec. Auto Werks in El Monte. They installed and painted my Vertex kit last year, and repaired and repainted my rear bumper last month after an accident. Great service and craftmanship.
plus they do a lot of industry cars for Tein, Import Tuner Magazine etc and the shop was featured in a series of episodes for Street Tuner Chellenge on speed TV.

eh I just got a quote from a local shop AutoHan to paint a front bumper for my mr2 and he said his paint guy can do it for $150
To my understanding, AutoHan is a very respectable and pretty well known shop in this area and they specialize in nissans/infinitis so I trust their work. You should give him a call.
