hi. i was just wondering if only the TE and CE from volks are forged? are the sf challenges, winnings, etc etc. forged?

 

All the monoblock wheels from VOLK are fully forged. The 2 piece wheels like the SF and GT have a cast face but the outer barrel is forged.

 

one mroe question, this one is about spacers.. if i decide to get spacers, which ones should i go with? not sizes, but brand and description? project kiks?

 

make sure they are hubcentric whichever brand you decide on.

Why not just get wheels with the correct offsets?

i cant afford new wheels and this time.
any recommendations on what spacers i need? without rolling or cutting fender?

 

 

Eibach sells quality hubcentric spacers in a variety of thicknesses for about 80 bucks for two, IIRC.

with those offsets i wouldn't go with much of a spacer. Your wheels are already gonna be slightly more aggressive than stock. Stock is +thirty something i believe. Since I know a lot of ppl go with +22, if anything, i'd try to get something that gets you around there.

 

i had... TE37 with same width, but +22 all around. wasnt that aggressive..

get the +25 ones for the rear, just throw like a 5 mil on the front or just as bigg as you can go without changing the studs, unless you dont mind changing the studs, then i say 15.

Great thing about KICS spacers is that the studs are already pressed on!

 

i heard they had to cut the original studs off... offsets arent that bad.. so i decided to just leave it. LOL

 

i mean you can but its alot of work depending how much you want the wheels to stick out etc, hubcentric spacers would probably be a better option
