with those offsets i wouldn't go with much of a spacer. Your wheels are already gonna be slightly more aggressive than stock. Stock is +thirty something i believe. Since I know a lot of ppl go with +22, if anything, i'd try to get something that gets you around there.
get the +25 ones for the rear, just throw like a 5 mil on the front or just as bigg as you can go without changing the studs, unless you dont mind changing the studs, then i say 15.

i mean you can but its alot of work depending how much you want the wheels to stick out etc, hubcentric spacers would probably be a better option
