im sorry man but you basically asked for them things to get stolen, honostly you couldnt made it any easier to steal........besides the fact, someone in your neighborhood knows....i would post a flyer on your apartment bulliton board, laundry mat, playground, front office. 100$ for helping recover the rims....small chance but its what i would do...also you could even go as putting reward flyers on everyones doors in your apartment complex...

I put my jack in the garage like that, so pretty much anyone could take it... but it weighed 90 lbs, and I kept the jack handle inside (it was too heavy to bring into my apartment every time I was done with it). I figured no one would mess with it.

Guess what? someone jacked my jack...

find a friend or coworker with a son in the local high school, see if he can find out any info, offer him a reward.
