^thats overkill. we didnt even run that much in boot camp! i think we ran 4-5 miles every other day. the days we didnt run we did obstacle courses

U guys are weaksauce! lol J/K

5 miles a day ain't so bad...if you run 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 at night.
I lost about 10lbs within a week doing that...
Gained it right back after a couple nights of Korean BBQ and beer lol
Must run again...

2.5 in the morning and 2.5 in the evening isnt the same. when you run 5+miles the last 2 miles will kick your *** harder than the first 3 but you knew that =D. we have to run 3 miles in 18 minutes for a perfect score in the marines. i run it in about 23 lol. my goal is 19 minutes by the summer

20 POUNDS IN 6 MONTHS...


man am i in trouble....


last june b4 i went on my 21st bday vacation i weighed in at about 235lbs ish.

i just passed 285lbs a week ago.....


****ing beer, no exercise, and fast food is whats going to make me have a heart attack

anyone need a gym partner in the Anaheim area??

**** i moved to texas a little over a month ago and i gained like 15 to 20 lbs in like 3 weeks eating out like every night. it sucks a$$.

i was running around my area but no motivation though but then i started again then i spotted some hot asian hunnie in a sports bra around 730 running daily

:P
