Default West Covina Nissan! (56K Beware)

So I saw tnk210’s post about West Covina Nissan (https://my350z.com/forum/southern-california/252571-more-props-to-west-covina-nissan.html) and it was about time for my oil change so I decided to give West Covina Nissan a try. I called Frank and told him that I wanted to make an appointment for an oil change and axel clicking noise, which he scheduled a time for me to come in. I went there on Friday 03/09 morning and they quickly started working on my Z, I saw Jeff and he was so kind that he toured me around the dealership, which was awesome. Long story short… these guys are amazing, it really take a special person to do what they do. This is my first time a dealership has WOWed me. When my friend took me back to pick up the car Frank even offered to have he’s BMW washed.

P.S. they fixed my wheel bearing too!
P.P.S. $45 for Motul… can’t beat that

Here’s some picture that I took while I was there.

my overall experience rating is 10/10 ... very clean and tuner friendly. Thank you Jeff, Jenny, Frank for a wonderful experience at the dealer, and I'll see you all at the breakfast meet!

Hey People,

I went in today for a oil change at 10am, spoke to Felipe. The place is quite nice, but I did encounter a problem. I asked specifically in the beginning if there was a wash or not, which I received a nice answer of if you would we will accomodate (i ask specifically because I am the only one that washes my car), so I say jsut making sure no wash. This was not the problem though.

I waited for about an an hour and 10 minutes, i looked inside the tech bay a few times but never saw my car. When my car was done Felipe said he had sent it to get washed right now, then i said "remember no wash" then he went and got it before they did any wash. That part was fine. I inspected my car and left.

My problem was after I got back on the freeway I noticed taht there seemed to be a bit excessive mileage on my car from when i brought it in. I looked at the work order and noticed that it was off by 6 miles from when i brought it in vs what was written by the service tech.

I didn't ***** or call them because I had already left and there was no damage to my car. My car is lowered with coilovers on 20's, so maybe that gave someone the idea to take a joyride. I've never even had 1 extra mile put on my car due to maintenace service (let alone a simple oil change), so I'm quite disappointed.

Sorry for the rant. The place is nice but I doubt i will go back in the future.

I went in for the Motul oil change today at 12pm but everything went fine for me. I'll keep an eye on the mileage in the future.

I can't ever get over the fact that I get treated like royalty everytime i'm there... I usually don't care much for salesmen at car dealerships but even the guy and gals in sales are awesome and sweet.... Just got back from there again due to some things i had to do and I always come out of their with a smile due to great customer service..Jeff and Jenny were so helpful answering some question I had due to my car... NOT ONLY THAT but even their parts trucks are sooo cool... I had to take pixz..They are rollin in some bad a$$ NISMO Wheels!!!! I thought that was so cool...lol... 2 make my story a little shorter...I recommend everyone to check this place out.... BTW..lThanks Frank for everything... I couldnt be happier with the great service you guys offer...Can't picture myself going anywhere else now...
