4runner exploded.
Not quite. My parents let someone borrow their 94 4Runner. They brought it back a month later and just said 'the Check Engine Light is on.'
I go out to start it (the 120k miles service was due anyways) and the car shudders to life and spits out a TON of white smoke. The thing runs though, and I take it to the dealer.
2 cracked headgaskets.
On top of all the other stuff you should do at 120k (repack bearings, belts etc.)
I need new brakes too.
Anyone know of a shop in SoCal that can hook me up for:
Valve Job (if I'm going to pull the heads, may as well)
Repack Bearings
Brakes
Belts
All fluids (coolant, diff, trans (rwd not 4wd))
for less than 3800 ****ING DOLLARS?
