Yes, Salmon is my FAVORITE fish. I like it prepared any way, but especially like it raw. A couple times I remember having great salmon sashimi was once in hawaii, huge piece that tasted and felt so fresh, and another time at a hollywood club/restaurant. They put a paper thin slice of lime on each piece and oddly it tasted excellent. I like salmon so much, I bought a pack of canned salmon over the weekend at costco. Haven't tried it yet.
