SEX! That angle makes the Z look w i d e ! Idk how you dropped guys get around without scraping, I'm always scraping the bottom front bumper when pulling out of a food joint or something, can't imagine being lower . Speaking about front bumper, I finally got my new replacement painted and on, but the color is a couple shades lighter, so gonna take it back to get it repainted.

Meet is next Sunday.....let's get more signed up and bring some friends
The Z is rather a much wider 2-seater vehicle. Our cars are known for its wide hips and broad shoulders (see the curves around each fender). It doesn't "look" that wide when it rides high (stock) because of the gap from the ground and between the fender and tire. It looks even more like a square box when people put a huge body kit and ride high. My Veilside carbon lip doesn't add more inches to the bumper. It wraps snug around the OEM bumper to give it a nice more pointier nose and adds some aggressiveness to the stance. Together w/wide wheels, slammed drop, and spec tuned camber & toe; it's a recipe for my ideal preference .....thus a low, wide, and aggressive appeal. Then again...that's just my opinion, lol. I spent well over $2k on my suspension set up alone! Wells that's all behind me now and now I can focus strictly on my engine = fun, fun, fun
Anyways along with this look comes a lot of sacrifices. I can't DD it, I have to know the roads well before I drive it out, be very very careful on driveways and dips or speed bumps.....oh well. That's what the family car and my truck are for hehehe.

Hehe true true, 100% agree with you, the shape is what makes the Z so different from any other sport coupes. Yours has the perfect wheel and suspension settings to really set it off and make that wideness more prominent. Maybe later on I'll get a beater then we can go at it with how low can you go game instead of mileage, LOL. Btw I'm down for the next upcoming meet whether it's parking lot or helping orangeflash's spring install.
Yeah I saw your 17in wheel thread in the Wheels sub-forum, what are you gonna do performance wise? Are you going for boost or NA?

My overall goal is to get 410whp. I can achieve both through N/A +N20 or FI. We'll see, wifey wants to do a lot of traveling this year

Here's a closer look for you guys..... talk about no clearance! I know you guys don't notice it as much since all of you have only seen my car at night with this drop. The front and rear have a 3.25" drop.
.....best part is it rides real smooth and stays stiff on turns Only setback is because of the wide widths w/low offsets (front and rear), my tires rub on certain slants; i.e. driveways. Not even my cut fenders on the rear and pulled front fenders can save me on this.

11 is a bit early! I'll try to sleep and wake up early after getting off my usual nightshift. Since our other meet is going down the same night and I don't want to drive back and forth from Barstow, I should bring my PS3 so we can all play some video games after the install to pass time at your pad. Would that be ok with you orangeflash?
