to say they have the worst service is an understatement.
i bought a new 05' Z a while back from them and had to return the car in 2 wks cuz they jacked up the apr for some reason.
i took my 06' Z for them to repair for some int. part under warranty, took me a whole frickin day and later they said they don't even have the part, when they told me that they had it in the first place.
just don't go there.

yeah i'm not ashamed to admit it, but they seriously ripped me a new one when i purchased my Z from them.

I guess most of it was my fault and should've done more research on how to purchase a car. But other than that; when i went back for service, this guy who looked to be in his early twenties took my keys and drove away "chirping" on first gear. I yelled out "hell f*ckin no". He comes back, "sorry i'm not used to driving 350z". Then i said "i've never heard of a mechanic that does not know how to have an awareness for different type of cars. Get your a** in the service department, bring your manager out, and tell him to drive my f*ckin car out here." Total disrespect of other people's property.

HANDS DOWN, SUPERIOR HAS THEE WORST SERVICE EVER.

And another time, i complained about the rattling noise in which appeared to be the clutch plate. The best thing they can come up with is "well, yeah, you know.. the Z is a racing car and it's equipped with this special racing tranny.. so that's why it makes that special noise."

F*CKIN MORONS.

Haha. thats their explanation for everything. "The z is a sports car. Thats why there's problems." I had numerous problems with my car but it was still under warrently so I had to bring it into superior. I had to bring the car in 3 times for them to finally fixed the rear axle clicking. The motor for my driver side window broke. They replaced it, but ended up cracking the driver side door vent. And guess what just like another user said they didn't say a damn word. So they had to order the part and I had to bring in the car another time. I had them repaint the whole rear bumper. I dropped the car off for 3 days. They gave me a call and told me it was done, I arrive to find that they only did a blend and a ****ty one at that. They said they would fix it but I said forget it.
After experiencing the service at West Covina Nissan. There is no way I am going back to Superior.

I havent had any experience with West Covina just yet. After that ordeal with superior.. i try to avoid the dealerships by all means (doing my own oil changes and etc.). I'm planning to buy a beater pretty soon just to keep the car in the garage.

dont hesitate to go to west covina nissan. they've already proven to be top notch in service and everything. i need to go and do a oil change soon there

yea, i also complained about the clutch making noise and they were like, it's suppose to make that sound. i was like... o..k....

the cool thing about this forum (and the internet in general) when a sh--ty business like superior nissan f--ks people over...every one learns from your unfortunate situation..hopefully they will go out of business soon. strength in numbers! i sure as hell will never go there...but then again i live in hawaii

so my passenger side window broke...must be because i have a sports car lol

Do you only hear it when the clutch pedal isn't pushed? I used to build motors and it seriously sounds like the clutch disk rattling up against the pressure plate. However, i only believe that it's normal due to the fact that my clutch hasn't slipped yet. The release on the clutch pedal still feels like the day i got my car. So in conclusion.. no worries for now. I only compained about it because the car is still under warrantee. I honestly don't think the tranny has anything to do with it.. unless it's the throw out bearing.

hahaha sorry i just had to do it. But yeah i totally agree. Business will always be business and everyone is always out to get money. After giving them the benefit of the doubt.. nothing is more effective than the word of mouth. Treat your customers right and never take advantage of those who don't speak english too well. Like my parents for example; everyone loves to walk all over them just because they're english is broken. I remember this one time, Diamond Bar Honda dooped my Mom and charged her a buttload of unnecessary fees.. i went back and b*tched the sh*t out of them. ARG!! pisses me off.. hahaha sorry i just love my parents so much.

^^^ Hey Bro, give West Covina Nissan a try next time. I've been there many times, just make sure to find Jeff, Jenny & Frank and they'll take good care of you for sure w/ no BS etc.

I'm only 5mins. away from Superior Nissan and i don't dare take my Z in there especially when it's time for service. Thank goodness WestCo-Nissan is here, i can finally have a good sleep... so everything is fine now...

something like this just happened to me this week. I took my car in for service on Sat (3/31/07) and then i drove it back to my gf's house, when i stepped out i noticed they freaking Dented the door with a white scratch. Someone should have known they hit my car with another car door or something... Well they fixed it on tuesday, but when i came to get it, they took out the dent, but the scratch was still there, i had to freaking biatch at them to buff that **** out...man
