He then hands me 14$ change when I handed him a 50$ bill. I tell him wtf and he says " Woops, Thats why i shouldnt be working with money" and hand me correct change. Since Im a nice guy I tell him Thanks but then realize hes ignoring me and is back to talking with his buddy about how he boned some chick. WORST ****ING SERVICE EVER
which superior is it????? bc i work at the 1 in carson....and if anyone needs anything.......jus let me know.....ill hook u guys up.......so u can deal w/ one of our own....and not some jacka** CS rep!!!
superior is the one....in puente hills....so basically the closest nissan dealer if you live in walnut, diamond bar, rowland heights, hacienda...around there...pretty big place...**** service....

its a GREAT place if you like the b!tch at people for crappy serivce and poor repairs!
I live 2 minutes away from superior but I rather drive to west covina than to go to superior again. Hey jeff can i be able to transfer my Automate service from superior to west covina?? I know its part of that extended warranty...

i went there because i had some problems with my windows...and
they didn't even wanna look at my car because i had body kit...
service advisor said " your car is out of warranty because you have body kit"
and they made me wait about 2 hours... to say NO

Inferior Nissan
On my birthday I got their FREE OIL CHANGE and ended up with a big scratch on my rear driverside panel. Spoke with the manager and he said the scratch was probably there already and I looked at him like WTF
since you can tell its definately a brand new scratch by the way it was etched on the paint. He asked the service writer if it was there and obviously it wasn't so he told the manager it wasn't there. They told me to bring the car back in another day. I never came back eversince.

Sure they suck just as bad as Gardena Nissan, who don't want to service a REAL problem, tell you it's something else cause they think you're a stupid woman, and then tell you to kindly fill in the survey with positive feedback.
