...and as far as the meets. I did all that stuff (meets, car club, shows etc etc) non stop from 1998-2005 So i just dont do that stuff anymore, maybe a little burned out? idk

I might have to do a cruise or meet once or twice before i sell the car here pretty soon...

 

Thanks and to be honest I did not think I'd do so well with the Lemans that are on that contest.

 

Just out of curiosity....want your guys opinion. I think my car is the best Redline(who doesnt think theres is the best) but I really did not expect to win this contest.....however I did expect to get some votes. Why do you guys think no one is voting for me? Just curiosity, cause I would have thought I would have had a few at least?!?!?!

Well for me it all came down to presentation in the "Best Redline" section. Theres nothing wrong with your car I think it looks great all the cars look great for that matter, but if you look at the two leaders and the pictures they submitted, they really set themselfs apart from anyone else in that section imo. I mean all the cars are "Z" not much different so it came down to presentation for me(Photoshoot, Photo Quality, Camara Angles, Lighting etc...)

 

first off, it's going to be tough as hell in the redline section with such nice cars as leemik's and taurran's.
but presenting your car in a certain way makes a huge difference. They used professional quality pictures that were right on the screen. I have to admit, using thumbnails was not very appealing to me, nor was the fact that your picture quality is significantly lower than that of other participants.
I don't mean to sound harsh, but it's just my opinion. =)

 

It all comes down to what people like. I won't vote for any car that has chrome anything. That's just plain doesn't belong on a car.
