Go for it! I am an Insurance Claims adjuster and what happened to you is EXACTLY what I handle everyday at work! If you report it to YOUR insurance company tho, regardless of if it was not your fault, it still get's filed as a "claim" and even if you have 50 claims where you are not at-fault, they can raise your rates due to your car/location being hazardous.
best thing to do is get ahold of her and file it with her insurance company. that way your insurance will never know about it. Once they accept liability and offer repairs, ask for someone to come out and give you the check! That way you can get whatever you want for your car!
Oh yeah and you have the right to a rental car as well since it was THEIR FAULT, so go ahead and get a free rental car out of it too! GOOD LUCK!

It's perfectly fine to say asian because even if it was an OLDER WHITE male he would say so. Plus everyone knows it but doesn't like to admit that asian females aren't the world's greatest drivers. Older people would also fall into that category, but in this case he was hit by an asian woman.

Well if your a particular race and u get hit from someone of different race well of course the whole race in general will get blame...
I have lots of asian friends some have been in car accidents which was not their fault but guess which particular race was at fault "whites" and "mexicans".
So the asian drivers will stop hitting the white drivers if the white drivers stop hitting the asian drivers. I don't even want to talk about mexicans they cant play this game cause most of them dont even have insurance...j/k
