Lets keep this thread going. Thought it would be a good idea to keep informed with other owners in the 818 where they have spotted speed traps. Let's keep it simple by saying the cross street and area/city. GL to everybody and hopefully this will reduce the amount of tickets to Z owners.

1. Reseda/Northridge area

Roscoe between Louise & White Oak (hidding at a driveway)

2. North Hills Area

Balboa between Nordhoff and Plummer (hidding at that church driveway)

 

Burbank - Up and down Hollywood Way but they usually hide out in the parking lot of where I work. Kino Flo Inc. in front of the Airport... Winona and Hollywood Way...

 

Yup I know that one. *******. I always slow down before I get to that bridge when I exit off the 5. Gonna be in your area dozer. Got a meeting with a client.

 

Speedtrap.com used to have a huge running list, people would post from every state and you could see which ones were on you're route somewhere. Now the site is closed -- probably by the man.

2 FWY they hang out at the entrances of mountain and holly...

 

the entirety of glenoaks is heavily patrolled. hang out anywhere there for 10 minutes and you'll see at least 5 b&w's drive by.

This weekend will be bad since they set the speed limit during wet weather. Let's try to keep specific. If it's on the freeway say the exit and frwy and on surface cross streets and city/area.

 

Glendale and Burbank Cops are such A-Holes.
They are hiding all over their designated areas.
I heard people get Pulled over during their test drives on Brand Blvd.

Happens at van nuys dealership. They take customers through balboa park and 101 fwy to test drive the Z. Salesman told me that if he were to get a ticket he could be fired.

 

LOL it cant be the salesmans fault!!

 

I meant sometimes the salesman would show off what the car can do and get caught by the PD. LMAO

 

Pasadena had the speed trap up on Los Robles between Huntington Dr and California yesterday. Always hiding in the same driveway......not to original. -2pts.

 

yeah test drove the 07z at wesco, hes like see what its got, and im like okay, and downshifted. i think he kinda got scared. LOL. started grabbing the side handle bar thingee. LOL

 

LMAO...reminds me when I went to test drive a 98 Integra GSR. I wanted to see if I could chirp 3rd gear. After trying once the 40 somehting sales man got pissed at me and was asked to leave after the test drive. Sooo funny
