Thumbs up West Covina Nissan is THE dealership to go!

So after hearing so much about WCN, I finally went and checked it out (drove 28 miles each way). The place is just as good as everyone described. This is definitely THE dealership I will take all my Nissans.

They were fast too (maybe because it's a Thursday afternoon). It took me 2.5 hrs for to get an alignment, fix the axle click issue, have them take a look at my brakes and clutch, AND a hand wash. Oh, BTW, Performance declined me of the axle click fix last week. They said it would charge $350 to fix that click.

The wait went by really fast. I had wi-fi in the lounge, so I was just browsing my350z. Then Jeff came out and chatted with me for half an hour. I chatted with Justin a bit too. It was great to meet those guys in person.

I also took some pictures....

Free bottled water and coffee...

The clean service bay... jeff said they made sure the insurance covers customers in the service bay. That means you literally can pull up a lawn chair and watch your car get serviced... THAT'S AWESOME!

You can see the service bays from the waiting lounge too...I was actually just taking pictures from the lounge until Frank waved me in...

A skyline r32...

The waiting lounge with a big plasma (hooked up to a HD source too)!...There's free wifi access too. Jeff are there outlets in the lounge to plug the laptop in? I didn't look because I still had juice, but it would be nice to have outlets around for the people with laptops.

There's a few more pictures here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/elyliu/...7600202495402/

Oh, and one last thing, be careful with Performance Nissan's 50% labor deal. I think they just mark it up before slashing it in half. Get a price quote from both Performance and WCN before committing to either one.

Thanks, Jeff and co, for putting a place together like WCN. Now I actually look forward to my next service!

+1, WCN really do take care of there customers. Performance Nissan and Superior Nissan does NOT Impress me at all with there bad parts dept. customer service. It just shows how much business you can get if you take care of your customers

Is there "special" for a synthetic oil change going to stay at ~$47 or go up to the regular price of $70ish.

If it goes up to $70, I think I'll go back to performance as their synthetic oil changes are normally about $50.

Im glad your happy with WCN along with alot of the members here. jeff is a stand up guy and very friendly but do you have proof that performance nissan is marking up the cost before slashing it? think you shouldnt be so quick to accuse. its ure opinion to prefer a dealer over another but thats just it your opinion. i dont think posting facts without getting them straight is fair. just my 2 cents.

From a few quotes I got from Performance, they still seemed a bit high for "50% off". I am not trying to sway people one way or another. I just wanted to give people a heads-up and make sure people get a quote from both places before paying.

I have yet to go to WCN but I think they could do one more thing to make it better: Get an Xbox or two with Live set-up, a few controllers, Halo 2 and Battlefield 2 (no sucky GoW) and I'll be there!

The price of the Motul oil change will remain at the $45.00 plus tax for as long as the oil prices don't increase. If the oil goes up a $1. our price will go up $1. but that's it!!

IT IS BEING INSTALLED TODAY!!!!!! Not kidding. I've had it here for a month waiting for the electricians to get to it. It's a stand alone unit, hard wired in.

He's right... just check prices with both.... that's all he's saying. Then make your own decisions where you want to take your cars.

You forgot to mention some racing games If there's a Xbox there, I think I'll go even when I don't need service. Haha

Wow! I was kinda joking but that's amazing. lol.

I've have gone to Perf. Nissan quite a few times and thought it would be cool if there were one or two Xboxes there to play with while I waited.

Are you guys capable of installing a TN single turbo kit. I am looking to get mine reinstalled and was just wondering.

PM me for pricing if it's available.
