like the title says, anyone knows a decent place for rent around rosemead/arcadia/temple city/el monte/san gabriel/alhambra...

walnut no? we're renting out our 300 sq.ft. room with full bath and walk in closet for 750, can easily fit 2 roommates

^^ thanks man! but my friends have a lil baby so they need a bigger place for him to crawl around

300 sqft is a nice size for a room...i gotta check with u next time when i need one

Most Apt. in those areas go for $1400 for a 2 bedroom and around $960-$1050 for a 1-bedroom.

^yup ur right on the money. looks like my friends are out of luck trying to get a 2bd for under 1100 around that area unless they get a hook up
