This tinting shop claims it installed polyester/ceramic tint for $115?

The tint is crap and the shop is a rip off, The tint is so reflective, if I look a the driver side window, I can see myself almost like a mirror it blocks my way, he keeps insisting its non metallic 3m tint, he should me the 3m tint box, but i still have a hard time believing this A$$hole.
