According to SoCalTed, you don't have to pay the $30 to be a spectator and you can't park in the judging area... I guess you'll have to park in another lot.

Inland Valley Z-Car Club Auto Show
We'll be at one of our favorite SoCal events--the Inland Valley Z-Car Club Auto Show--on Sunday May 27th. Be sure to stop by the Nissan Sport booth and say hello.
Z cars dominate this event but there are also classes and trophys for other Nissan-Datsun-Infiniti models. A Nissan Sport Editor's Choice trophy will go home with some lucky participant.
According to the latest information, this year the registered cars will be located on the top two floors of the four story parking facility. The lower two floors will provide parking for the spectator's cars.
See you there!
