I received a speeding ticket 6 months ago.. I was doing 120 mph heading east on the 30.. It had just gotten dark.. Just as i past a mini van i notice 2 red lights in the distance..I think nothing of it but slow down to 80 mph anyway.. As i aproach i relize its CHP with only blk & wht marking no roof lights... He pulls out and i pull over before he marks me with his lights... He gets me at 80 mph solid with radar.. I show up to court yesterday hoping Mr. CHP does not show but there in uni.. Mr. Judge calls my case and to my amazement and joy Mr. CHP ask Mr. Judge for a dismissal.. I took my mom out to dinner with the money i saved

I fought 2x and lost both.. I'm fighting every single ticket I get.

 

I have gotten one speeding ticket which I didn't deserve.

I fought tooth and nail and won. My record is still perfect.

This CHP sounds like a good guy but the guy that got me was an a$$hat.

lucky as hell... i'm in the same boat right now, just got the extension today and will have to wait till august to see if he shows up... got a clean record right now and would hate to F***that up.
