Default Looking for Realtors/Loan Officers

I currently manage a small mortgage company that is expanding. We are looking for experienced* loan officers and realtors. Our company although new have extensive experience and offer a multitude of services. We are currently approved with most major lenders and offer loan products to 100% CLTV. We are expanding here in california and opening two new offices in oregon and texas.

I have been doing this for last 5+ years working for CITI, WAMU, GE Money as asset manager, senior underwriter, and account executive. My experience goes from A paper lending to hard money lending.

Please PM me for details or to schedule an interview.

*we are looking for experienced people only. No salary, 100% commission only. Excellent bonuses also available.

Sincerely,
Virgil
KKW Financial

wow 100% cltv is nice. Where i work, we cant touch anything over 90%. Subprime market is pretty shot right now too, plus lots of homes in Cali have dropped their value significantly. How are you all coping?

There are a lot of lenders out thre that are offering 100% loans. Basically you can go 100% full doc with a fico of 620 or with a mid fico of 680 or more can get you to a SIVA. I think I saw a 100% NINA with a 660 but the loan limits dont meet with Cali housing prices. Maybe the entry level condos. In terms of housing prices in so cal. The builders like KB, Shea, and etc are offering huge incentives to mask the declining price. Weird that in other states they are lowering the price but here in cali they are holding strong on the prices for new homes only that is. In tern this action is causing some static with older homes located near the new homes.

Sub prime is coming back a bit. Basically the Alt-A route is loosening the guidlelines to accomadate some of the subprime business.
