Does anybody know of a good embroidery shop, either in socal or online? We are looking to order a few polo shirts embroidered with our company logo on the left front chest. I'm guessing local shops will probably charge a little more, and that online might be a better option. So does anybody have a recommended website that does quality work for a reasonable price? Seems like most places come out to around $13-15 each, but I wanted to get input from you guys if you have experience. Most of these places include the digitizing for free if you order like 10-12+ shirts. We're looking to order about that many.

There are quite a few shops that would do that for you in the SoCal area. I can pm you some shops that I work with.
I do this for a living as well but on the high end for an elite womans clothing company. If your logo isn't too detailed I could digitize it for you for a small price, then all you would have to do is just take my program and send it to any shop to get it sewn but you would have to come up with your own shirts to sew your logo on.

Also, as far as digitizing, what is really involved? I have the Adobe Illustrator file, so since it's supposed to be based on vectors, it can be scaled up/down without distorting our logo.

But let me know what shops you have that are reasonable!

I've taken my current work logo and had a shop duplicate it on my own polo. The shop is in a local indoor swapmeet in the city of Downey/South Gate (Garfield/Imperial Hwy). They charged me $5 for the embroidery. You can also buy their polo shirts (decent quality) for $15 including embroidery. I rocked their polo for a least at year, wearing it every Friday. The emobroidery and their polo held up good.

No minimum or maximum...He will do your art for one shirt at no charge!

They usually scan an image an alter it to the customers specification. I now know you dont need a fancy office to do quality work....Let me know if you need more info.

Actually I just searched for their number on Google. VERY reasonable prices. Plus the guy there (Patrick) was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Plus he's fairly close and open 7 days a week. Thanks again for the suggestion!
