one more thing, their 'ice coffee' is not that great. It is something you can make at home. Make some coffee, put cream sugar and ice and let sit. Nuthin special.
I believe it's like a hazelnut espresso mixed with condensed milk, maybe a little half/half. Not that hard to make, but it has enough kick for a cheap pick me up.
I personally like the Lee's Sandwiches next to UC Irvine. Their coffee and sandwiches seem more fresh. The Lee's off Harbor has been slipping a little bit.
But yeah, the all the Lee's are not all that consistent. Some are better than others.
like someone else said. Good because it's quick but in comparison of their sandwiches and their coffee to other vietnamese places..they are not so great.
But...i still eat there because i'm lazy and it's convenient.
yah i agree. they have one on valley, like 2 minutes from where I work. their sesame baguette owns lee's baguette haha... they have a drive through lee's now too.
Just had one of their sandwiches the other day...and I have to say it is pretty unique. At first I didn't really like it, but after a while it actually taste pretty damn good.
