^ lacys parks san marino man. lol i live down the street from there. i used to go there when i was kid on 4th of july. dont really remember how the fireworks were hahah

Port Hueneme naval base/harbor. It isn't the best but the weather is great and no parking issues.

HB has fireworks, but parking and crowds can be a hassle.
