So I've been in Arizona for a few days now. I have seen a good amount of 350zs but every time I see one, it's either a middle-aged man or woman on a cell phone. And they're all stock. This is a big difference from in socal where the majority of the Zs that I saw were modified w/ young(er) people driving them. Just thought I'd share this with you guys.

I gotta start upgrading my heat exchangers now. This 115 degree weather can't be good for the car.

You can always check out the Pavilions in Scottsdale on Saturday night, most of the cars show up about 8:00 and it lasts till about 10:00. Once that is done then most roll to different spots around town for some fun.

Did you guys move for work? I was out there a few days last week and from that trip, I really don't think I could move out there.

 

That's cool, now I'll know somebody here. I'm pretty close to Mesa. I'm living in Queen Creek and working in Gilbert. I'll be moving to Gilbert soon though. What are you moving here for?

+1 on Pavilions. Super huge crowd.

 

a lot of ricers at the pavilions. ewwwwww. although it is a good place to meet up with people and put together plans for the latter part of the evening.

 

It's true, the average Z in AZ will be stock. You have to look a little harder to find the modded ones, but there are plenty here. If you like to party there is something going down every weekend and usually a couple nights during the week. It's not really "meet" season right now because its hotter than hell and monsoons will be starting up soon.

There's a couple of drift/HPDE events coming up soon if you like that kind of thing.

we;ll see. I'm going back to LA next week to fly out of LAX to Vietnam for a few weeks. Then I'll start my new regular life in AZ
