Those RICH people in the Porter Ranch area, his daddy probably bought it, I'm sure he probably has another one on order or will get a different color paintjob out of the whole deal

actually, Tuscany is the least expensive and smallest development in Porter Ranch. they are small detached condos, not like those million dollar homes off Sesnon...
