Can I get standing room?

 

Well, since you guys are booking the rooms by tomorrow... I'll ask Eileen if she can go or not today, when we have dinner.

If she says NO, then that opens up 2 slots for a queen bed... anyone that wants to stay at Bellagio for free would then be welcome to stay.

I'll ask her tonight, and post tonight.

And anyone is welcome to stay in the suite I think. I mean, the first people (Iris, hubby, Dan, Steph, friend, and hopefully me) get dibs to the rooms. Just put the snorers in one room and me in the girls room. It'll work out fine.

It looks like I might be going solo. I don't know if my friend can get the day off of work and my other friends that can go aren't 21 yet. This sucks!

 

Yeah understood... but I'm trying to get everyone grouped by room so we can get a single point of contact if you know what I mean.

I don't want to leave anyone out.

Here's a map of where Alexis park is in relation to the casinos. The partial circle is a 1 mile radius mark to give a sense of how far things will be.

Alright guys. I just booked the room so it's pretty much set. I think I ordered the right room. It cost a bundle. Anyway, one room for Alexis Park Suites. Anyone else booking this? I booked mine at www.flamingohilton.com so you can book it there too.

I think with two of these suites we got it made. They are freakin' huge... 2 stories/2 bedrooms and it we run outa room I'll sleep in the broom closet.

I'll be booking the second suite tomorrow morning. Hey Aloha and Import, with just us three it'll be 160 for the weekend so that's the max we'll be payin (affordable yes?). But I figure we'll be picking up some other folks too so come one, come all!

Mr. B can you get me your first (Brian?), last name so I can try to get a room close by?

Yeah, I got the Regal. I really wanted the 2.5 baths and two seperate rooms. Just too cool.
Not a clue which room you're in Bobby/Brandon. I don't think it's gonna matter since the rooms'll be so close.

 

Ok so Eileen wants to go. She just has to check with her school schedule to make sure she doesn't have anything important to studying for. She's about 75% in.

I don't think you have to worry. Somebody is sure to crash with you guys. I know MKZ said he was going to come to Vegas, but he's been out of town so he hasn't weighed in for over a week or so. And maybe we can convince DCZONER now (esplly w/Eileene again in the picture).

Since the last thread, you were suppose to be in Mr. B's room.

If you want more space then I'd ours is the place. Cause we only got three, so that must make it the place to be! The other room got three ladies and things might get a bit shady. So chose the place to sleep and then we'll just hang with the rest of the peeps. Ok enough with the rhyming.

HFM and you pretty much can chose either room. I think the ladies + the hubby + want to stay together.

last week of may is my vacation, since i broke up with my girl, i have no plan. so if i go..who do i stay with and where?
where are we going to meet before we go? cost?

At a later date we should figure out the point of contacts for LA and SD transportation. Does anyone from the LA crew want to volunteer to coordinate your rides? Mr. B will be there earlier than all of us (right?) so count him out of the people requiring a lift to vegas?

For SD, we pretty much just have one car load w/ room for 1 more. John, if he goes, will fly direct to vegas so most likely the SD crew will handle his pick-up from the airport.

Counting the tentatives as "go" we'll have 9 people per room assuming 50/50 split. If anyone thinks that's too many per room please let me know so we can discuss if we split the group into more rooms (something smaller than the regal will do, they run about $300 for the weekend).
