Default Monrovia and ULCA

I was wondering if you Socal guys can give me some good info.
I need to find a good place to live between UCLA and Monrovia. What do you guys recommend. Glendale looks like a good half-way point, but I don't know about the area. If you have suggestions, let me know. Thanks.

Glendale is a nice area. Some parts can be expensive though.

I agree, Generally Glendale is nice but it does have its "affordable" areas where you most certainly dont want to live. On the other end you got the LaCrecenta, Montrose, LaCanada area which is pretty much North Glendale Nestled in the foothills very close to Angele Crest, one of the best mountain road experiences available in the USA, right in your back yard.......The Perfect Place to Live.... but rather pricey. Homes range from 500K(good luck) and up into the multi Millions (typical range of 700k-1.5mil)and rent for a one bedroom apartment will run you about $1000.00 per month. Good luck and welcome.......once you arrive.

how about further south closer to downtown, around the USC Med Center? it's halfway between UCLA and Monrovia. I'm expecting to pay about $1k for rent. Thanks for the info guys.
