Place to live
Hey guys. i'll be moving out to LA next month. I will be commuting between UCLA and Monrovia. Does anyone know a good place to live inbetween? I hear glendale is right in the middle, but how is traffic to and away from Monrovia during rush hour?

Are you working in Monrovia or UCLA?
If you're working in Monrovia, it's a nice place. I grew up in Arcadia which is very nice and right to the west of Monrovia, lots of Asians just so you know.
If you're working at UCLA, traffic will be bad going from Monrovia in the morning, and even worse going back at night.
Are you planning on renting or buying?

i'm working in monrovia and renting. i was thinking south alhambra el monte for something in between. maybe glendale depending on traffic. i'm just lookin for a very small place for myself or a roommate to share a 2+2 with. my only criteria is assigned parking and in a safe area.
