Performance Nissan losing it?
I have always gone to Performance Nissan for everything from oil changes to major services. But lately the service at Performance Nissan has been taking longer.
Last Saturday I scheduled an appointment at 2PM for an oil change. The lady told me over the phone that the oil change would take approx. 45 mins to an hour. I planned out my entire schedule on that and showed up at 2PM.
Turns out that the oil change ends up taking 2.5 hrs. It didnt even look like there were a lot of customers cars there. I didn't even see my car go up on the lift. I haven't checked my oil dipstick yet because it takes forever to put back in but part of me wonders if it even got the oil changed.
Anyway, just wondering if WCNissan takes 2.5 hrs for an oil change.

nope, took it in and thanks to Tim and Felipe, I had the oil changed and car washed in less than an hour. The service at WCN is great. i live 5 minutes from Performance and I rather take it to WCN for service.
Parts department at Performance is still good from what I hear.

Yeah, seems like Parts is still good I think. Before I got my oil change arranged, I asked for some touch up paint for Silverstone. The parts guy didn't even have to check what the code was for Silverstone 350z.
I was pretty impressed.
Service not so much..

Tim Lange is probally the best service writer HANDS DOWN in our region and he is at West Covina Nissan. The longest I have waited at West Co for a oil change was about an hour but the dealership was buzy that day and I had time to spare. I did however arrive one day in a hurry and within 30mins I was done. The service and parts department is by far the best in SoCal and the staff is def the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Do yourself a favor and drive down the West Co...........

Last year at performance, I was quoted about two hours for an oil change since they were busy, but my car was ready in about 30min.
Oh and my last motul oil change at west covina was like $43 I think. I don't think the lady charged me tax or something.
