i will be moving down to fullerton on august 17th cuz im going to start attending cal state fullerton. but since im moving down from the bay area (san jose), i wanted to know if there are any weekly GTGs or anything like that in the irvine/fullerton area? i wanna meet new people and get advice on where to go and get parts from and where to go to get body work done. or even if a lot of people in those areas or the surrounding areas show interest, we could get a GTG going!! i drive a 06.5 black Z by the way.

The regular meets include Long Beach and Chino Hills. We usually do alternating Thursdays. You will just miss the LB meet on the 16th.

I work in Irvine and there aren't too many gtg's in the area. I'm up for anything straight after work most nights but once I get home it's tough to get my lazy butt out and about.

If you pick a place and time and post it here with enough advance notice, people will show.

Yeah, go Titans!! There's a lot of good hang out places near the university, and pretty much all of Fullerton in general. I'm down to meet up whenever before/after class.

 

I'm in East Orange near Irvine Park/Peters Canyon Park....I'm down for a meet...is the Tustin/Irvine Marketplace a bust for meeting up?

 

SnoDog, suggest a place!! the only places i really know would be the block, southcoast plaza, or irvine spectrum. you know..the large malls. actually, there's a big parking lot in the brea mall, its the parking lot next to the Red Robin, and that parking lot is huge! and when i went over there at like 9:30 on monday night, it was very empty, so im guessing its like that throughout the week? that could be a potential spot. but like i said, im really unfamiliar, so if you guys have any cooler places, start the suggestions!!

 

Last one I had was the last Wednesday of July, it was only 3 of us though... El toro and 5 highway, it was huge before July, but I guess people are not really interested anymore...

Im in seal beach...i know a lot of guys meet up at the super autobachs car shop on beach blvd in westminster/stanton area. pretty sick shop too, full of nice stuff. lots of restaurants as well in the area.
