Back to the hype thing. We should remove the "Hype?" from "West Covina Nissan Hype?" The reality is that West Covina Nissan is living up to the hype and more. They have gone in a meticulous professioinal manner of promoting their products and service, while backing it up with good hard work and sweat. Others might offer the same or do the same but the fact is that West Covina Nissan has become the premiere dealership to go to for parts, service and buying a car. I should know I've done all three. Now the others are trying to catch up. Sorry to late.

Thanks for all that! You bring up a good point. The reason it works so well here as opposed to some dealers is sales, parts and service are united in providing the ultimate in customer service. Without one backing the other and the communication in place, you have no way to make sure a customer is completely taken care of 100%.
This is our mission statement here... There are no limits to what we will do for our customers. That is not easy to follow all the time, but we have become a top ten dealer in the nation within 7 months of opening our doors because of it. According to Nissan that hasn't been done in 27 years.
Some may cry about all the "hype"... I just say keep crying... our actions speak for themselves. We love you guys and will keep pushing to do everything we can to support the Nissan community.

one of the la puente hills guys called me yesterday to tell me to bring my car into their place for service. I told them my last experiance was horriable and that i would never be going back

This is why anytime Turbonetics need parts at work I call the staff at West Covina. I never had any issues with anyone at WestCo and everytime we needed something we got it shipped fast......
