Default West Covina Nissan Hype?

On my way back from Las Vegas i decided to stop at WCN to get my first oil change. I live in Torrance so its definitely out of my way to drive out that way on any other day. I'm sure there are at least 7+ Nissan dealerships between Torrance and West Covina maybe more. I wanted to see for myself if all the great things i have been reading about the dealership is true? I know it was just for an oil change but they did treat me well. I was in and out within the hour like promised. If i didn't lose so much money in Vegas, the Nismo exhaust for $995 installed was very tempting.

WCN Thanks for the great service!!!

Bryan

nismo for 995? i thought it was 950. well anyways. west covina nissan IS THE BEST, and MOST MOD FRIENDLY... they are about 30 miles? away from me, but that is the only dealership i go to... even just to pick up some parts.

Bryan... thanks for the kind words!!! I'm still honoring the $950 installed or $900 picked up price on the exhausts!!! Sorry if you were misquoted... I'll talk with my crew about it.

Default My mistake

Jeff,

I wasn't quoted a price by anyone on the Nismo exhaust. I probably just misread the price that was posted on the wall. I was a bit tired from driving back from Vegas(left at 530am). I didn't get the name of the service writer but he was nice enough to find a Z with the exhaust so i could hear it.

Everybody was very friendly from the Service writer, parts dept and the cashier. The "hype" is definitely justified!!!

Maybe next time instead of going to Vegas i will just get the Nismo instead.

Bryan

Yep, WCN is the real deal, no hype. They believe in the old school mentality of treating customers as best as they can... within means. The family atmosphere is great, the service writers make a tremendous effort on customer service, and everybody is genuinely friendly. It's not just about making new customers, it's retaining them with excellent care, and have them come back again and again.

Yeah, WCN is one of the cleanest and friendliest staffed nissan dealerships i've ever walked into. Plus they give great deals on the cars, thats why I bought my Z from them.

You simply can not find a better dealer in SoCal when it comes to service and staff. I highly support West Covina and recommend them to anyone who needs anything related to nissans in SoCal.........

Yep, I have to agree with everyone since I was there yesterday as well. As stated above, everyone was extremely friendly and they even had someone opening the door as people walked in. I'm so excited that they found a notorious rattle that has been driving me crazy for two years. I now have the part on order and will hopfully be getting it fixed Saturday. Thanks again WCN for the wonderful customer service!!!

Frank doesn't get enough credit for training an excellent group of service writers. No matter who I go to, they're always courteous and keeps me updated on the status of the car.
